Position Overview
STS Technical Services is actively seeking 2 qualified candidates for Desktop Publishing positions in the Fox Valley area of Wisonsin. Build your resume by working for our Fortune 350, multi-billion dollar client!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Check out available electronic/hardcopy documents, perform marked edits, print and verify completed work, and check in document.
Log all files in/out of document tracking system and importation/placement of graphics.
Ensure/apply proper use of styles and set guidelines within document structure.
Maintain proper electronic/hardcopy organization of document throughout editing process.
Must be willing to provide support/documentation in any area required, including those outside of Desktop Publisher role.
Provide training/support to Desktop Publishers
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
1-plus years related experience
