Utility Operator Hours : 2nd Shift - 3:30 - Midnight Monday - Friday Pay: $10.70/hr. Utility Operator Essential Duties: Wet spray paint welded frames and bases, as well as an occasional engine/alternator. Powder coat painting of parts in a small booth will also be part of the duties. These parts are hung on a wheeled cart and quickly painted and pushed into a drying oven. Helping Press Brake Operator. Would do other jobs in Fabrication, when not painting. Utility Operator- Education and/or Experience High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Knowledge and use of hand and power tools. Manufacturing experience desirable. Basic computer skills. Utility Operator- Physical Demands: Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop, and kneel on a frequent basis, often for extended periods of time. Ability to reach, push, pull, climb, and work at various heights. Ability to work in constricted spaces. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds unassisted. Ability to recognize colors as well as see clearly at a distance and up close.
