Title: Staff Nurse, 2S Patient Care Unit, St. Elizabeth Hospital - Part-time, Evenings - Every Weekend Location: WI-Appleton 2S at St. Elizabeth Hospital is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to join their department. This is a part-time evening shift position scheduled to work 24 hours a week, every weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Job Description: The Staff Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process and established standards to provide patient centered care. Collaborates with other professionals and members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient cost effective manner. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Job Requirements: * BSN preferred. * Current WI RN License or eligible. * CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. * Recent training and/or experience in floor nursing (or comparable clinical setting) for a minimum of one year is preferred. * Basic computer literacy. * Successful completion of ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) program required within 2 years of employment. * Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification within twelve months of employment. * Good written/verbal communication skills.
