Senior Financial Analyst - (Appleton) in Appleton, Wisconsin For Sale

A reputable company in the Fox Valley area is looking to add a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to their team. This role would support the financial growth of the organization from a corporate level. The primary responsibilities of this individual would be to provide financial and analytical information to senior leadership of the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with annual financial and capital planning Create monthly variance reports and complete variance analysis Work with cross-functional teams in the development of new programs across entire organization Work with strategic planning teams to provide financial expertise Plan and develop various analyses to examine certain aspects of the organization to assist with decision making Understand overall cost structure of the organization Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area is required MBA is preferred 5-10 years of experience is required CPA, CMA, or AIAF is preferred Ability to work effectively in individual and a team settings Ability to think critically and adapt to changing environment Ability to interpret raw financial data into easily understood financial reports and forecasts Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
