Provide high quality customer service within a call center environment by responding to internal and external customer requests on a variety of products and services. Act as a liaison between internal customers and various U.S. Bancorp departments. Know and use the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in applying advanced skills in problem resolution issues. Perform (limited) system entries. Identify and eliminate processing errors within the department. Perform other assignments as requested.
Rotating schedules include the following shifts: ****
7:55 am - 4:25 pm, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, 10:35 am - 7:05 pm, M-F

Qualifications
**Basic Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent
* Four or more years of experience in a customer service position
**Preferred Skills/Experience**- Financial knowledge of products and services
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
* Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle difficult customer calls
* Proficient computer skills, including use of multiple applications simultaneously
* Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
* Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
* Good mathematical skills
