Here's what a WBS Sales Manager does on a daily basis: * Effectively manage and lead a team of sales associates who represent Fortune 500 financial services, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications companies, and grow their market share. * Define sales goals to exceed expectations and drive profitability. * Coach, mentor and develop associates to increase performance. * Identify new opportunities and solutions for both the company and our clients. Here's what you need to get the job done: Education * Associates degree from accredited college or university required with major course work in business administration, marketing. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. Experience * Minimum 2 years operations, sales, customer service, business administration, health care required, based on assigned area. Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
