I am looking to transfer for Spring Semester xxxx, and need someone to sublease my room! It is apartment number two and is the nicest apartment in the whole building! I live with two other great girls in a newly built apartment. It is in a building with 5 other apartments, but the whole building was just built a few years ago. I love this place, if I weren't transferring I wouldn't leave! The cost is $401 plus energy which tends to be about $30-40 per person. We have 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in unit, and free parking.
