Single room in a three bedroom/two bathroom is available this summer! The room is definitely big enough to share. The apartment comes completely furnished with all utilities (as well as cable and wifi) included in rent. Apartment has new appliances, wood cabinets, leather couches, and a balcony. The building is very clean with a locked entryway. Laundry room and trash chutes are located on every floor. Underground parking is available. The bedroom I'm subletting has a spacious closet and comes furnished with a full bed and a dresser. The building is called Equinox (409 W Gorham St). Equinox is very close to state street and the heart of the UW Madison campus (less than a minute walk) so the location is awesome!! And for the days where you don't feel like walking there is a bus stop which runs all over the UW Madison campus (and the rest of madison) right outside! Rent is $636 but am willing to go down to around $500 a month for June and July and $250 for August since the lease ends in the middle of the month. Let me know if you have any questions!
