Looking for a female to sublease a room in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 24 year old female. The apartment is fully furnished and could even include a bed for the rented room. I am a teacher at Poynette school district so I am gone for most hours of the week days. Tenant would have own room and full bathroom to herself. Requesting $400 a month total but willing to negotiate. Lease goes through the month of June. Will consider month to month sublease. Apartment includes washer and dryer in unit, free heat, access to workout facility and outdoor pool (in the spring).
