Looking for someone to take my bedroom at the hive! It's 500 for one bedroom but includes all amenities besides energy, It's energy efficient so it would be $20-30 bucks tops. It comes with a furnished patio with two gas grills, A bar and living area with a 50 inch flat screen on the wall, pre furnished bedroom (Bed,desk,cable box, internet) The room has a plugin for internet and cable which provide HD channels and fast internet. 4 room mates, and the bedroom is the end room with two windows, get a bathroom with your own sink and shelves as well. There is 3 guys and one girl who live here. All very friendly roommates who are your typical college students. Also includes a future gym, and egg roll place in the first floor starting in janurary.
