Job Title Configuration Management Experience Level 10+ Years IT Location Neenah, WI Job Description: Architect, install, update, maintain and scale TFS, SharePoint and related systems Manage the configuration and security for TFS and SharePoint servers, databases, team project collections, team projects, and project portals Install, configure and manage build controllers and build servers Install, configure and manage Lab Management environment for virtual machines used for builds and testing Perform health and performance monitoring of TFS and related systems Manage backup and recovery plans for TFS and related systems Process Templates o Provide guidance and collaborate with development managers in the selection and use of process templates o Implement process template customizations o Develop and manage dashboards and reports for team projects and other aspects of the TFS system o Work with development mangers to create and configure team projects, and update team project configurations for sprints/iterations Work Item Tracking o Provide guidance and collaborate with development managers in the selection and use of work items Version Control o Provide guidance for version control and branching best practices o Develop and manage version control branching and labeling strategies o Provide guidance for build and test automation and continuous integration o Develop and manage automated build, continuous integration and testing environments. o Develop and manage integration of deployment automation with production system Must have skill-set: Experience configuring, managing, and extending TFS systems. Hands on experience in upgrading TFS systems (From older versions to TFS xxxx/xxxx) Some SQL Server administration experience preferred. Able to communicate effectively with non-technical individuals to determine needs/issues. Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet objectives and/or key deadlines. Prior work with multiple services in a single environment.
